Guarantee and Returns:
Unconditional Guarantee: If for some
reason you are not completely satisfied with your order,
you have 30 days to return the item(s) for a prompt
and courteous replacement, exchange or full refund (minus
S&H charges). DVDs and CDs can be exchanged for
identical products only! DVDs, CDs, Accessories and
Cleaners may be returned for a full refund, credit or
exchange if in the original packaging with the factory
seal intact. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on some
special orders, discontinued items or clearance goods
as these items cannot be returned to the manufacturer. |
Time Limit To Return Damaged Products:
Customers have up to two (2) weeks to return damaged
goods. After this time, we will NOT
grant an exchange, credit or issue a refund. Shipping
and handling charges are the sole responsibility of
the customer. All products must be returned in its original
shipping condition, including the box, internal packaging
and printed materials. Failure to comply with any of
the above may result in your package being refused. |
