Yes. All products featured are brand new from the manufacturer (shipped in the condition received).

ARE THE CARIBBEAN TITLE(s) AUTHENTIC?
Yes. All Caribbean titles featured are made on universal disc -- not generic.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping charges are determined by the weight/size of your order, where you are located, and the service you select.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Time of delivery depends on the level of shipping service you select. Most orders are delivered in a maximum of three days.

SPECIAL NOTE:
We try our best to fill orders. Sometimes (although not often) the demand for a product exceeds our expectations. If this causes a delay in shipment, we will notify you. Most of our merchandise is in stock for fast delivery. However, expect an extended delivery date for special, out-of-stock and back-ordered items.

We offer: Standard 5-7 business days, Priority 2 business days, Rush Next business day. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. (shipping times exclude holidays)

LION PROMOTIONS, INC.'S UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return the item(s) for a prompt and courteous replacement, exchange or full refund (minus S&H charges). DVDs and CDs can only be exchanged for identical products only! DVDs, CDs, Accessories and Cleaners may be returned for a full refund, credit or exchange if in the original packaging with the factory seal intact. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on some special orders, discontinued items or clearance goods that cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO RETURN DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
Yes. You have 2 weeks to return damaged goods. After this time, we will NOT grant an exchange, credit or issue a refund. Shipping and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. All products must be returned in its original shipping condition, including the box, internal packaging and printed materials. Failure to comply with any of the above may result in your package being refused.
